Zachary Daniels is partnering with a fast-growing, digitally-led D2C brand to recruit a CRM Manager in Southampton. This hybrid role offers hands-on ownership of multi-channel customer communications, with scope to shape lifecycle strategy and maximise lifetime value across international markets.
You will build and optimise journeys in Klaviyo, collaborate with Performance, Brand and Ecommerce teams, and lead testing programmes to drive engagement and retention during a key trading period.
