The Place To Be are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing consumer brands as they look to appoint a Performance Marketing Manager on an initial 3-4 month fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing ecommerce team and make an immediate impact across digital performance, customer acquisition and onsite optimisation during a busy trading period.
About the role...
Working across Performance, Ecommerce and CRM, you'll take ownership of key performance marketing channels, using data and insight to optimise campaigns, improve customer journeys and maximise online revenue. This is a hands‑on role where you'll be analysing performance, identifying opportunities for growth and supporting the wider digital strategy.
What you'll be doing day to day...

- Analysing campaign, website and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
- Monitoring website performance and customer journeys, making recommendations to improve conversion
- Producing regular reports and presenting actionable insights to key stakeholders
- Supporting CRM and marketing automation initiatives to improve customer retention and engagement
- Identifying new opportunities to improve channel performance and ROI
About you...
You'll be a commercially minded digital marketer who loves using data to drive decisions. You're equally comfortable getting into the detail of campaign performance as you are presenting recommendations to the wider business. Ideally, you'll have experience working within a fast‑paced retail, fashion or consumer brand and be available to start at short notice.
What we're looking for...
- Previous experience within Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing
- Strong knowledge of paid media, affiliate marketing and digital acquisition
- Experience analysing website performance, customer behaviour and marketing data
- Exposure to CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing automation would be advantageous
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive, collaborative approach
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
