Job Description & How to Apply Below
DAZN is home to some of the most exciting sports rights in the world, delivering unmissable moments to fans across the globe. Behind every campaign is a team of creatives, strategists and producers working together to bring sport to life in bold, impactful ways.
Joining DAZN’s internal Creative team means operating at the centre of a truly global sports business. You’ll help shape integrated campaigns that reach millions across owned platforms, digital, social, media and beyond. This is a fast-moving, ambitious environment where creativity, collaboration and operational excellence matter equally. If you’re motivated by complexity, thrive on cross-functional teamwork, and want to produce work with real scale and visibility, DAZN offers the opportunity to do your best work yet.
The Role As an Integrated Producer, you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-channel creative campaigns from initial concept through to final execution. Sitting at the intersection of creative, strategy, media and production, you’ll be responsible for ensuring work is delivered seamlessly, on time and on budget.
You will act as the central point of coordination for projects, translating briefs into clear plans, aligning stakeholders, managing resources and anticipating risks across multiple channels. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a genuine appreciation for great creative — knowing when to protect it and when to challenge it to deliver the best outcome.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing end-to-end production for integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, print, experiential, media and DAZN owned-and-operated channels
Partnering closely with creative disciplines (design, edit), strategy, account and media teams to define scope, timelines and deliverables
Building and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules and budgets
Acting as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Leading project briefings, production meetings and regular status updates
Coordinating internal teams and external partners including production companies, freelancers, post-production and media partners
Providing regular check-ins to ensure projects are progressing as planned and briefs are being met, while nurturing strong creative output
Capturing, managing and actioning feedback efficiently
Anticipating risks, dependencies and bottlenecks across channels and proactively problem-solving
Overseeing workflows, approvals and quality control across all deliverables
Liaising with Business Affairs, HR and other teams to ensure contractual and compliance requirements are met Tracking resourcing and supporting optimisation of team capacity across concurrent projects
What You'll Bring:
Previous experience producing integrated campaigns within a creative or advertising agency environment
Strong understanding of cross-channel production workflows and interdependencies
Proven experience translating client or stakeholder briefs into actionable creative plans
Solid understanding of legal, compliance and contractual requirements within production
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Experience managing budgets, timelines and senior stakeholder relationships
Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
Comfort working in fast-paced, high-visibility environments with multiple moving parts
Benefits
Benefits include access to DAZN, 25 days’ annual leave (increasing by 3 days after 3 years), private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contributions up to 5%, family friendly community including enhanced parental leave, electric vehicle benefit option, learning and development resources, opportunity for flexible working, and access to our internal speaker series and events.
