Marketing Assistant

We are partnering exclusively with a high growth, global player in the insurance space. This company have been on a rapid scale up since they started 7 years ago and are now looking to hire a Marketing Assistant into their team in London. Client Details The client are a disruptor to the insurance industry and have experienced rapid growth across the UK, Europe and now America.

They are looking to hire a Marketing Associate into their small team in London. This role will report to the Head of Marketing and Communications and will support across all marketing and communications activity globally, Description Key responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant:
Publishes and updates content across all channels including website, intranet, Linkedin, You Tube, e-marketing and templates. Ensures all content is accurate, current and consistently applied across all channels to maintain strong content quality and version control. Maintains and organises the brand asset library, marketing resource hub, templates and collateral including the corporate presentation. Builds, schedules and sends e-marketing campaigns including newsletters, event invites and follow ups.

Manages the end-to-end delivery of webinars including scheduling, platform set up, registrations, live support and post event follow-up. Supports the delivery of events and campaigns coordinating logistics, collateral and timelines. Supports administrative tasks, supplier co-ordination/on boarding and budget tracking. Supports marketing governance processes, ensuring best practice workflows are followed and brand guidelines are consistently applied to all outputs and materials.

Compiles bi-weekly reports on marketing activity and quarterly/annual reports on performance/engagement metrics. Profile Key Skills and Competencies for the Marketing Assistant role:
Proactive, highly organised, thorough and detail focused. Process-driven, with a structured approach to managing tasks, maintaining consistency and improving ways of working. Strong written communication and good design awareness, with hands-on experience of design tools such as Canva. Comfortable working across digital platforms, including CRM (Salesforce and Marketing Cloud), CMS (Word Press), email tools, webinar platforms, social media platforms, and media/social media monitoring platforms.

Reliable, collaborative and calm under pressure/working in a global fast paced environment. Curious, eager to learn and keen to advance a career in marketing, with a willingness to experiment with AI tools to work smarter.
