We're working with one of our longest standing digital agency partners that's looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to take the lead on strategy, execution, and growth across a varied global client portfolio. If you're someone who loves getting stuck into the detail and shaping the bigger picture, this is a great next move for you.

• Leading paid media strategy and delivery across Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Programmatic and more
• Owning campaign performance, optimisation and testing
• Working closely with SEO, Digital PR and Creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns
• Helping shape and grow the agency's paid media offering
• Supporting new business pitches and identifying growth opportunities
• Running the agency's own paid media campaigns and contributing to thought leadership

• Has strong hands-on paid media experience across multiple platforms
• Is confident presenting ideas and recommendations to clients
• Thrives in a collaborative agency environment
• Enjoys balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day campaign management
• Is proactive, commercially minded and always looking for opportunities to improve performance
