I’m working on a seriously exciting opportunity for a Senior Organic Search leader who’s ready to shape the future of search and build something exceptional.

This isn’t just another SEO leadership role…

You’ll be joining a fast-growing agency and taking ownership of its entire organic proposition across SEO, Content, Digital PR and AI-driven search
.

You’ll have the autonomy to:

Define and evolve the organic strategy and offering
Lead, mentor and grow a talented team
Build strategies that drive visibility, qualified traffic and commercial growth
Shape the agency’s approach to GEO, AEO and AI search
, including platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini
Work closely with wider marketing disciplines to deliver genuinely integrated campaigns
Influence new business, thought leadership and the future direction of the agency

What I’m looking for:

Senior experience across SEO, Content and/or Digital PR
Strong technical SEO knowledge with a commercial mindset
Proven experience leading and developing teams
A genuine passion for the evolving world of AI and search
Agency experience is preferred
Someone ambitious, curious and excited by the opportunity to build than inherit
