Job Description & Summary

About the role:

PwC’s UK Brand team is part of the wider Marketing function, working alongside Campaign Management, Digital Marketing, Content, and Brand Experiences. The team’s remit extends across the business, ensuring a consistent and exceptional brand experience for clients, employees, and communities. As one of PwC’s most valuable global assets, the brand plays a key role in supporting the firm’s purpose of building trust in society and solving important problems, while bringing its global strategy, Catalyst for Momentum, to life.
The Brand team leads brand strategy, creative activation, sponsor ships, experiences, governance, and brand management.
Reporting to the Brand Governance Manager, this role focuses primarily on brand management and governance, helping to maintain brand consistency, support best-practice implementation, and guide colleagues in applying brand standards across a wide range of touchpoints. The successful candidate will have at least two years’ experience in brand guardianship or a similar role. It offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in B2B branding within a leading professional services firm.

What your days will look like:
  • Manage and triage brand-related requests, ensuring enquiries are resolved efficiently or directed to the appropriate team member when additional support is needed.

  • Deliver core brand services, including creative reviews, co-branding guidance, logo requests, naming support, and advice on brand standards across the firm.

  • Monitor brand service performance, analyse reporting and feedback, and recommend improvements to processes, communications, and brand guidance.

  • Collaborate with marketing and business teams to promote brand best practice, support governance activities, and contribute to brand improvement projects that enhance consistency and impact.

This role is for you if:
  • You have at least two years’ experience in brand guardianship, brand governance, or a similar role.

  • You are passionate about branding and enjoy learning, solving problems, and finding practical solutions through collaboration.

  • You have an understanding of brand systems, including visual and verbal identity, messaging frameworks, guidelines, assets, and toolkits.

  • You have strong attention to detail and can confidently review branded materials to ensure quality and consistency.

  • You are organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

  • You communicate clearly, adapt to different audiences and situations, and enjoy working collaboratively in team environments.

  • You have experience in brand management, brand governance, or complex matrix organisations; experience with naming projects would be an advantage.

What you’ll receive from us:

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.
We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
