SEO Executive | Leeds City Centre / Hybrid (1 day onsite)
Salary: circa £25,000, depending on experience
Hours:
Full-time / Monday to Friday
Are you looking to develop your SEO career within a specialist agency where organic search is the main focus?
We are recruiting an SEO Executive for a growing Leeds-based SEO agency working with a diverse portfolio of national and international clients.
This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise across traditional and AI search while working alongside an experienced team of specialists.
The role offers flexible hybrid working, with attendance at the Leeds city centre office required every Thursday.
THE ROLE- Carry out keyword research and on-page optimisation.
- Support technical SEO activity, including Core Web Vitals and page speed.
- Help implement on-site and off-site SEO strategies.
- Monitor performance, analyse results and identify improvements.
- Produce clear, KPI-focused reports for clients.
- Update websites using a range of CMS platforms.
- Communicate recommendations clearly to clients and colleagues.
- Keep up to date with SEO, AI search and Google algorithm developments.
- Work closely with the wider SEO, content and digital PR teams.
- Some experience in an agency-based or in-house SEO role.
- A good understanding of traditional and AI search strategies.
- Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Majestic, Screaming Frog and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into practical actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence communicating with clients by email, video and in person.
- Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in developing your SEO knowledge.
- Salary of circa £25,000, depending on experience.
