PPC Manager

This is a growing independent media agency with a strong client base and a team that knows the industry inside out.

They are growing quickly, but still small enough for good ideas to be heard and for people to have a real say in how things are done.

They are looking for a Paid Search Manager to join the team in Leeds, working on a hybrid basis. You’ll manage a mix of large paid search accounts, work closely with the Head of Paid Media and have plenty of client contact.

There is a clear focus on developing people from within, so there is good scope to take on more responsibility and progress as the agency grows.

• Manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and other search platforms.
• Set up, track and optimise campaigns across UK and international markets.
• Review campaign performance and find ways to improve results and client ROI.
• Lead client calls, present campaign plans and provide clear monthly performance updates.
• Manage budgets, complete account audits and work with other teams on wider client strategies.
• 3-5 years’ experience managing paid search campaigns, ideally within an agency.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Good Excel skills and confidence working with campaign data.
• Experience managing and optimising different PPC budgets.
• Strong communication and organisation skills, with confidence speaking directly with clients.
