Marketing Graduate

As the Marketing Graduate you will work alongside colleagues and external stakeholders, and be responsible for assisting in the successful marketing of the business. This role will be very varied and diverse, allowing you to evolve within the business, take on different responsibilities and become an excellent all-round Marketer.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days a week based in the Leeds office plus occasional travel when required to London.

Starting annual salary of £26,000 which is reviewed and managed through a personal development plan and salary increases achieved through meeting KPI milestones agreed between you and your manager.

• Create and upload content for the SEP2 website, including blogs, news items and case studies in accordance with the content strategy and SEO/GEO best practices
• Create engaging Linked In updates in line with the content strategy
• Create and send email campaigns
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, both third-party and SEP2-lead
• Use the Adobe Suite to assist in design for web and print
• Record data weekly for the monthly marketing report
• Ensure the adherence of the SEP2 brand across all marketing and business communications
• Discuss ideas with the team, partners, and vendors re: events, content, campaigns etc
• Assist with the execution of all marketing campaigns from research to reporting and follow up

• Self-motivation to learn, improve and keep up to date with technologies and concepts within the marketing industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong initiative and work ethic
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple projects and tasks within time constraints hitting deadlines
• Creative and enthusiastic with the ability to generate and share ideas

• Ideally degree-level education or equivalent qualification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A keen interest and knowledge of Marketing
