As Content Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering high-performing content initiatives across SEO, campaigns, and overarching marketing activity. You will combine your strategic planning skills with hands‑on editorial oversight and SEO expertise to deliver effective multi-channel content experiences that support client objectives and agency growth.
What you’ll do:Develop and manage integrated content strategies aligned to client and business objectives across SEO, website, and marketing channels.
Own content delivery end-to-end across assigned accounts, effectively managing workloads, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Lead client conversations with confidence, presenting insights, pitching strategies, and making commercial recommendations within the content discipline.
Drive SEO content strategy, executing keyword targeting, search intent mapping, content gap analysis, and performance monitoring via tools like GA4 and SEMrush.
Oversee the creation, editing, and optimisation of website copy, landing pages, blogs, and thought leadership within various CMS platforms (Word Press, Shopify).
Define and enforce tone of voice and messaging guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all channels and customer journey stages.
Implement AI and automation solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency across content delivery.
Develop compelling case studies that evidence the commercial impact of your content strategies, from ranking improvements to conversion uplift.
Refine workflows and champion content best practices, elevating the quality and strategic alignment of the agency’s output.
What we’re looking for:Strong proven experience in content management, content strategy, or content marketing roles.
Advanced understanding of SEO content strategy, website content optimisation, and user experience.
Exceptional writing, editing, and content planning skills with a sharp eye for detail.
Commercial awareness, with a solid grasp of scope control, delivery efficiency, and account profitability.
Confidence in managing client relationships, independently leading strategy meetings, and guiding stakeholders on their content journey.
Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and CMS platforms.
Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows and an appetite for introducing innovative tools to agency processes.
A proactive, organised problem‑solver who can navigate complex workloads and multiple priorities effectively.
