About the RoleOur agency partner is an award-winning integrated marketing agency delivering creative, data-driven campaigns for an impressive portfolio of national and international brands.
They are looking for a Paid Social Media Analyst to join their growing team, with a particular focus on campaign performance, data, reporting and insight across platforms including Meta, Tik Tok and Linked In.
You'll work across a varied mix of large-scale brand campaigns, eCommerce and lead generation, digging into the data to understand what's working, what isn't and where campaigns can be improved.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves the analytical side of Paid Social and wants to develop within a leading agency environment.
What You'll Be Doing Analysis & Insight- Analyse Paid Social performance across Meta, Tik Tok and Linked In.
- Identify trends, opportunities and areas for optimisation across campaigns.
- Turn complex campaign data into clear, actionable insights.
- Analyse performance across audiences, creative, placements and formats.
- Help the team understand why campaigns are performing the way they are, not simply report the numbers.
- Support testing strategies and evaluate results to improve future campaigns.
- Monitor live campaigns against KPIs, budgets and performance targets.
- Work alongside Paid Social specialists to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Support campaign setup, tracking and measurement.
- Analyse both brand and performance-focused campaigns across eCommerce and lead generation.
- Help identify the audiences, creative and messaging driving the strongest results.
- Build and maintain regular client performance reports and dashboards.
- Translate campaign data into meaningful commercial recommendations.
- Support senior team members with client reporting and presentations.
- Ensure reporting is accurate, insightful and focused on the metrics that genuinely matter.
- Help develop smarter approaches to campaign measurement and evaluation. Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with Paid Social, Paid Search, Data, Strategy and Creative teams.
- Use performance insights to help inform future creative and media decisions.
- Stay ahead of platform developments, measurement changes and emerging tools.
- Explore opportunities to use automation and AI to improve analysis and reporting.
- Share insights and learnings across the wider agency.
- Previous experience in Paid Social, digital marketing, media or marketing analytics, ideally within an agency.
- Good working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, with Tik Tok and Linked In experience beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with campaign data.
- Understanding of Paid Social metrics including CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates.
- Experience producing reports and turning data into useful recommendations.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with reporting or visualisation platforms would be a bonus.
- An understanding of campaign tracking and measurement would be advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and a naturally curious mindset.
You're someone who naturally asks "why?" when looking at campaign performance.
You enjoy getting into the numbers, spotting patterns and turning data into insights that can genuinely improve results.
You'll combine an analytical mindset with a real interest in social media and digital advertising, and you'll be comfortable communicating your findings to people who aren't necessarily data specialists.
Most importantly, you're ambitious,…
