As our EEDI Outreach Worker, you will:

• Reach out to underrepresented groups and listen to their needs, concerns and aspirations
• Support local people to have their voices heard by decision-makers
• Build strong partnerships with community groups and organisations
• Lead on embedding equality, equity, diversity and inclusion across our work
• Help shape inclusive services for children, young people and families

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Proactive in building relationships and breaking down barriers
