An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim COO to join this not-for-profit organization that is going through a period of change.
This is a values-driven, not-for-profit organization, that works with the NHS, schools, local authorities, and private clients and are always committed to making a real difference.
DescriptionThe organization is undergoing significant change within the SLT. They are looking to speak with candidates who can operate at the strategic, board level, influencing and managing stakeholders, as well as supporting and developing the team.
Profile- High level of emotional intelligence
- Adaptable and thrives during change
- Ability to deliver results
- Background working in health / start up (desirable, not essential)
- Significant background in operations and managing teams.
- 1-2 days on site (Leeds / surrounding Yorkshire area)
