We are looking for a Head of Business Development to lead the Foundation's fundraising, partnerships, and income growth strategy. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role drives diverse income streams, including corporate partnerships, sponsor ships, philanthropy, trusts and foundations, and public sector funding, to ensure sustainable investment in impactful cricket and community programmes.
The role also oversees impact, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring every partnership and funding opportunity contributes to measurable outcomes and strengthens YCF's profile and reach across the county.

About YouWe are looking for people who meet the below criteria:
- 4+ years' experience in senior-level business development, income generation, fundraising, or commercial partnership roles, ideally within sport, charity, community development or similar sectors
- Demonstrable success in securing high-value partnerships, sponsor ships, grants, or philanthropic donations
- Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
