Dream Medical is working with thriving GP surgery in Leeds and are looking for a Practice Nurse to help with Ad Hoc sessions. You will be part of a successful multi-disciplinary team with an excellent reputation.

You must be qualified and up to date in Diabetes, Cervical Cytology, Baby immunisations, COPD, Spirometry and Long term conditions. You will be an experienced Practice nurse with a background of working in a GP surgery.

Requirements:

• NMC Registration & Pin
• Enhanced DBS issued within 1 year
• Nursing qualification
• Updates for Training & Skill Sets
