Practice Nurse £28.00 /hour
Dream Medical Limited – Leeds

Dream Medical is working with a GP surgery in Leeds in recruiting a Practice Nurse for their surgery. The practice is looking for a nurse to work from a rota basis and we have flexible hours to cover Monday – Friday sessions ranging from 08:30 – 17:00 to 12:00 – 20:00 covering a variety of clinics. You will be working as part of a team alongside GP s, Nurses and healthcare assistants.

Skills:

• Up to date in baby Immunisations and Vaccinations
• Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
• The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
• Child and adult immunisations
• Cervical Cytology
• Spirometry
• Diabetes
• Asthma and COPD monitoring
• Family planning
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
