Successful candidates may have the opportunity to undertake a rotation across the service gaining vast experience from across the speciality.

Weare looking for experienced, dynamic, motivated and compassionate Staff Nurses who can ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality patient centred care to the patients nursed within our critical care units.
The successful candidates will be expected to work clinically within themulti-disciplinary team, maintain high standards of practice and deliver outstanding critical care.
Applicants must hold the right to work to be eligible to apply for this role.
Please note that Interviews for this post will be held face-to-face only to enable participation in a scenario-based assessment therefore applicants must beable to attend in-person.
Main duties of the jobIfyou are successfully shortlisted, you will be invited to a recruitment event which will include interview and scenario-based assessment.
Toprovide and be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, an devaluation of individualised programmes of care.
To deliver care without supervision.
To take charge of the ward or department as necessary in the absence of the Sister or Charge Nurse.
To participate in the in-service training, preceptorship, and mentorship of junior staff, post basic learner sand students.
To take responsibility as the primecare provider for a group of patients.
To promote confidence in our commitment to provide excellent compassionate patient care.
