The Mission
We are appointing a clinical expert for a bespoke medical residency aboard a private superyacht. Your core responsibility is the 1:1 nursing management of an 80-year-old VIP principal. The vessel is charting a course for the emerald waters of Northern Greece
, specifically the exclusive Halkidiki Peninsula
. You will oversee the client's health regimen while the yacht navigates the luxury marinas of Sani (Kassandra), the pristine bays of Sithonia
, and cruises along the spiritual coastline of Mount Athos
. This role requires a nurse capable of delivering acute-level care in a region known for its remote beauty and high-end privacy.
You will operate within a sophisticated, Tier-1 medical hierarchy:
- Medical Director: A Lead British Doctor who coordinates all health strategies and emergency planning.
- Physiotherapy Team: On-board specialists ensuring the client’s daily mobility and physical maintenance.
- Nursing Staff: A cohesive unit of Western-trained nurses providing mutual operational support.
To ensure clinical vigilance and prevent burnout, this role strictly adheres to a Double-Nurse Shift System
. You will never be the sole practitioner on duty; a second qualified nurse is always present to assist with complex care tasks, manual handling, and to ensure you have adequate rest periods.

- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western-accredited institution.
- Experience: Essential 4+ years of post-graduate experience in ICU, ER, or A&E (Acute Care).
- Language: Native English speaker or C1 proficiency is mandatory for safety and communication.
- Profile: A discreet, resilient professional capable of blending into a formal yacht crew environment.
- Salary: £60,000 per annum (Tax-Free).
- Accommodation: Premium en-suite quarters (Single Occupancy) in the crew area.
- Leave: 30 days of paid annual leave.
- Inclusions: All travel, visas, medical insurance, and on-board living costs (meals, uniforms, toiletries) are fully covered.
