We’re looking for a Specialist Nurse to join our Clinical Operations team within West Yorkshire
.
As a Specialist Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients in their own homes — helping to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering exceptional care, improving patient outcomes, and shaping a service that truly puts patients and their families first, gives patients control of their health through knowledge, choice, convenience, and connection.
Who we are looking for:- RGN (Part 1 NMC Register)
- Post‑registration experience in an acute care setting, including independent decision‑making and supervision of others.
- Strong knowledge of therapies and drugs relevant to our service offerings, and experience caring for patients with treated conditions.
- Experience undertaking clinical assessments and administering subcutaneous injections.
- Experience caring for IV devices and administering IV therapies.
- Excellent communication skills — you listen actively, communicate sensitively, and make clinical information easy to understand.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, safety, and following protocols.
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing service demands.
- A full UK driving licence as regional travel is required for this role

Offering a salary starting from £34,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
