This is an exciting opportunity for skilled nurses who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex healthcare needs in their own homes.

As a Complex Care Nurse Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, supporting service users to live safely and independently while leading and developing care teams.

Key Responsibilities Deliver and oversee complex clinical care for service users within their own homes. Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop person-centred care plans. Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to care staff. Undertake competency assessments and clinical training for support workers. Monitor and review care packages to ensure safe and effective service delivery. Work collaboratively with families, multidisciplinary teams, and healthcare professionals.

Ensure compliance with clinical governance, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current NMC Registration (Adult, Children's or Learning Disabilities Nurse). Previous experience supporting individuals with complex healthcare needs. Strong knowledge and practical experience of complex clinical interventions, including: PEG feeding Tracheostomy care Stoma care Ventilation support (desirable) Catheter care Medication administration Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable, depending on location).
