Must be a registered nurse (current PIN number with NMC), UK based, Leeds area with experience in the UK or newly qualified.

Our qualified nursing team are available 24 hours a day to provide medical and other specialised support. Respecting older people and recognising each resident as a unique individual, our nurses provide not just high-quality nursing skills, but truly person-centred care.
About the RoleThe main responsibilities of this role include:
- Promoting the highest standards of clinical nursing throughout the nursing home
- Overseeing the day-to-day care of patients and the administration of required medication
- Providing nursing and personal care to residents and promoting their abilities
- Supervising qualified and unqualified staff on a day-to-day basis as delegated by Line Manager
- Planning, implementing, and supervising the provision of quality care
- Maintaining the required medical documentation
- Upholding residents' rights to privacy, dignity and choice
- Reporting any ill health among the residents and requesting professional visits when necessary
- Familiarising yourself with, and strictly adhering to, company policy and procedure and Care Inspectorate guidelines
- Abiding by the Nursing and Midwifery Council's code of professional conduct

Qualifications and Experience- Registered nurse (current PIN number with NMC)
- Genuine desire to work with the elderly
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, along with excellent listening skills
- Ability to supervise other staff members comfortably and competently
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
