Tuesday 13:00–18:00, Wednesday 13:00–18:00, Thursday 08:00–17:30, Friday 08:00–17:30. Salary up to £60,000 depending on experience.

• Provide care for patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
• Demonstrate safe clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis within general practice.
• Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs, support policy and procedures, and provide nurse leadership as required.

We look for:

• Experience in a Primary Care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice, working towards non-medical prescriber status.
• Minor injury and illness qualification essential; ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
• Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner preferred; accreditation or MSc towards ACP status may be considered.
