28 (Tuesday 1-6pm, Wednesday 1-6pm, Thursday 8ampm and Friday 8ampm)

• Provide care for presenting patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
• Demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
• Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs, support delivery of policy and procedures, and provide nurse leadership as required.

• Experience in a Primary Care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice or working towards a non-medical prescriber status.
• Minor injury and illness qualification essential; ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
• Preferably a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner; candidates with accreditation or an MSc course toward ACP status may also be considered.

• Annual salary up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
• 27 days' annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
• Cost covered for all NMC pin renewals.
