Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well‑established healthcare provider delivering urgent and primary care services across West Yorkshire.

We are looking for three experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, or Emergency Nurse Practitioners to join a growing clinical team in a new urgent treatment and minor injuries setting seeing both adults and children.

The Role

You will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across urgent and unscheduled care pathways, working within a newly established clinic environment.

The service will cater to both adult and paediatric presentations, and the system used will be Adastra. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available on a pro‑rated basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients across a range of urgent and minor injury presentations
  • Manage both adult and paediatric patients across unscheduled care pathways
  • Work autonomously while contributing to a wider multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records via Adastra
  • Support the development and smooth running of the new clinic service
Requirements
  • Qualified ANP, ACP, or ENP (Nurse, Paramedic, or Pharmacist background considered)
  • Master's-level ACP qualification, or postgraduate ACP training with 120 credits completed (essential)
  • Previous experience in minor injuries, urgent care, or an equivalent acute setting
  • Experience assessing and treating both adults and children
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision‑making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
