Silver Lodge Care Home is a purpose built 40 bed facility delivering specialist nursing dementia and complex nursing dementia care. As a Registered Nurse you will provide clinically led care to residents with complex physical and mental health needs, administering medications and reviewing care plans.
You will lead shifts, support the care team, document clearly and work with residents, families and health professionals to maintain dignity, wellbeing and person-centred support.
