Recruitment Panda is seeking a Registered Nurse – Clinical Deputy Manager in a West Yorkshire nursing home (Leeds/Bradford) for a 36-hour-per-week, permanent position. The role is to act as the clinical right hand to the new manager, supervising care planning, medications and standards on the floor.
You will coach the team, support audits and the improvement plan, and contribute to budgeting. The job blends hands-on shifts with management time, including some weekend cover and on-call duties.
