What You'll be Doing

Support the Ward Manager and manage nursing teams during shifts

Oversee patient care planning, delivery, and documentation

Support crisis management and recovery-focused interventions

Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care

Mentor junior staff and promote professional development

Uphold safety, dignity, and compliance with clinical standards
