Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse or Midwife to join the Medicines Management and Pharmacy Services (MMPS) Nursing Team on a 12‑month fixed‑term/secondment basis. You will help deliver medicines management, patient safety, quality improvement and education initiatives across the Trust.
You will work with ward teams, matrons, senior nurses and pharmacists to implement improvements in clinical practice, build effective stakeholder relationships and support
