Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon (1 Year Qualified)

We are looking for a qualified veterinary surgeon to join our current team in delivering outstanding care and service to our clients and patients at Stable Close Veterinary Clinic.

We are a long-established, independent veterinary clinic in Winchester. The position would equally suit a recently qualified veterinary surgeon looking to further their experience in a supportive environment or an experienced vet looking at advancing their career and pursuing their interests.

• Salary of £40,000 - £65,000, depending on experience
• Independent Practice: Work in a family-friendly, independent practice with an experienced team of vets and nurses.
• First Opinion Care: You will have the opportunity to lead on varied and interesting cases, with a strong emphasis on providing high-quality first opinion care.
• Supportive Team: Our close-knit, friendly team of vets, nurses, and support staff will be there to support you every step of the way.
• Development: We encourage continuous learning and offer opportunities for further professional development, whether through CPD courses or mentorship from our experienced team.

• At least 1 Year Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with experience in general practice.
• Passionate about animal care with excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
• Compassionate and client-focused with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners.
• Team Player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.
• Enthusiastic and proactive with a desire to grow your skills.
