Are you ready to elevate your veterinary career and lead a dedicated team? My client in Kent is seeking a passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join their exceptional team. Whether you prefer full‑time or part‑time work, this role offers flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

About the practice

Step into a role that allows you to handle a diverse mix of consults, operational shifts, and sole charge periods. Work on a wide range of challenging cases, benefiting from the collective expertise of the team. The practice is fully equipped with state‑of‑the‑art facilities, including surgical suites, dental x‑ray, digital x‑ray, new ultrasound and in‑house blood analysis. Plus, you have the option to spend one day a week at the hospital site.

Deliver top‑notch care in a supportive environment, with access to an external provider at the hospital for overnight inpatient care. Collaborate with an experienced team of vets who specialise in surgery, radiography, anaesthesia, dermatology and dentistry.

The practice is an RCVS‑Accredited Practice and hospital with extensive surgical, diagnostic and medical facilities across six sites in Kent and East Sussex. The hospital also has Gold ISFM Accreditation, providing 24/7 emergency care. Each branch has its specialisms and is supported by a full team of Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs).

About you
  • RCVS Registered Veterinary Surgeon
  • Experience in both consults and surgeries, with confidence in sole charge
  • A strong team player with a passion for delivering outstanding care
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset that fosters a positive team culture
