About you

Are you a confident and motivated business professional who thrives on helping a team deliver high‑quality work with clarity and purpose? We’re looking for someone who brings strong organisational skills, a collaborative leadership style and a genuine commitment to supporting people to do their best work. If you enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, and you’re comfortable managing a busy and varied workload, we’d be delighted to hear from you.

You’ll be someone who can build positive relationships with colleagues, clients and partners and who brings a thoughtful, analytical approach to business performance. You’ll be confident leading a customer‑focused service, comfortable interpreting and presenting business information and able to communicate clearly with a wide range of audiences.

About the role

As Business Manager, you’ll play a central role in leading the effective delivery and future growth of Worcestershire Wildlife Consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a thriving, mission‑driven business by overseeing performance, supporting a skilled team and ensuring our work is delivered to the highest standards. You’ll balance strategic oversight with day‑to‑day management, from developing a strong pipeline of clients and contracts to ensuring projects run smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.

Collaboration will be at the heart of your work; you’ll liaise with colleagues across the Trust, build positive relationships with clients and partners, and help create a supportive, motivated and well‑organised team.

This role offers the chance to make a meaningful contribution to nature’s recovery by strengthening the consultancy’s impact, sustainability and long‑term success.
