Job Description & How to Apply Below
- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on materials, components, and finished products
- Ensure products meet customer specifications, engineering drawings, and company quality standards
- Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation and reports
- Support investigations into quality issues and assist with root cause analysis activities
- Identify and report non-conformances, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are implemented
- Use measuring and inspection equipment, including callipers, micrometres, gauges, and other quality tools
- Support internal audits and quality improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operation
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain and improve product quality
- Previous experience in a Quality Technician, Quality Inspector, or similar manufacturing quality role
- Good understanding of quality control processes and inspection techniques
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience using precision measuring equipment and quality inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Manufacturing or engineering background preferred
