Graduate Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) Advisor

This role focuses on ensuring safe, environmentally responsible, and high-quality workplaces. You will work with experienced professionals, gain hands‑on experience on real projects, and build a foundation for a long‑term SHEQ career.

• Visit sites and inspect for potential hazards to protect people.
• Investigate incidents, analyse causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Assess environmental impacts of projects and support sustainability initiatives.
• Verify that work is performed to required standards.
• Maintain and update safety and quality documentation.
• Deliver brief safety talks to teams.
• Assist in training programmes to promote safe and responsible practices.

• University degree in health and safety, environment, engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of safety and environmental regulations on construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

• Knowledge of international safety, environment, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with water or renewable‑energy projects.
• Understanding of construction safety regulations.
• Relevant work experience or placements.
