Real Estate Associate

A great opportunity for a Real Estate Associate who wants broad, high quality work in a team known for its depth, commercial approach and long standing client relationships.

Real Estate - Associate - Leeds - 1+ PQE - Salary up to £75,000

You’ll join a respected national practice that supports major corporates, investors and occupiers across the full property lifecycle, from planning and development through to transactions, asset management and strategic portfolio work.

You’ll work across a varied and interesting caseload including acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property, commercial landlord and tenant matters, asset management work such as licences and wayleave agreements, property support on corporate transactions, reports on title, certificates of title and property aspects of secured and unsecured lending.

There is also scope to get involved in complex pre lets with significant landlord and tenant works, portfolio sales and purchases, overseas investor acquisitions and major development or refurbishment projects.

Responsibilities and qualifications:

• Solid experience gained in a Real Estate practice
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• A proactive, commercial approach
• Confidence taking responsibility for your own work
• Comfortable dealing directly with clients
• Collaborative mindset, with an interest in supporting business development activities and the growth of the northern offices. Experience acting for tenants on office moves is an advantage.
• Enjoy variety, wants meaningful client contact and values a supportive environment where you can build both your technical expertise and your broader commercial skills. Occasional travel between offices will be part of the role.
