Temporary Lettings Agent (Flexible Basis)

Contract: Flexible / Temporary

We’re looking for a bright, experienced individual to join our award-winning lettings team. If you have proven lettings or property management experience and a strong sales record, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact and help drive our business forward.

This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with both student and residential lettings.

• Handling tenant and landlord enquiries
• Conducting property viewings
• Prospecting and generating new business
• Carrying out rental valuations
• Building and maintaining a strong customer base
• Conducting property inspections

• Full clean driving licence
• Own vehicle (pool car available, subject to insurance restrictions)

• Organised and accurate with excellent time management
• Thrives under pressure and enjoys problem-solving
• Outgoing, confident, and customer service focused
• Willingness to get involved in a wide range of tasks

• Full training package
• Supportive team environment in a friendly, modern office
• Office bonuses and commission opportunities
• Use of office vehicle when required
• Flexibility in hours (some evenings/weekends during busy seasons)
• On-Target Earnings: £35,000+ (commission & office bonuses)
