Leasing Coordinator – Build to Rent

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant property experience
• Strong understanding of tenancy law and property legislation
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Confident managing multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems
• Full clean driving licence
• Professional membership (ARLA, RICS, IRPM) or working towards

Sheffield & Leeds (with occasional travel)

£28,000 – £32,000 + discretionary bonus

35 hours per week (Monday–Friday, with flexibility for viewings/events)

An award-winning Build to Rent operator in the North of England is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Leasing Coordinator to manage lettings across two residential developments in Sheffield and Leeds. The role reports to the Senior Operations Manager and you will drive occupancy, manage enquiries and viewings, process applications and referencing (including Right to Rent), and support wider property management functions.

You will work closely with marketing and accounts teams, assist with resident engagement and events, maintain accurate records, and help ensure an exceptional resident experience.
