Chartered Valuation Surveyor

Location: Leeds

Salary: £45,000- £50,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Chartered Surveyor to join a well‑established and growing Valuation team based in Leeds. This role is ideal for a motivated professional seeking to further develop their career within a supportive and highly regarded property consultancy environment.

Working alongside experienced surveyors, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality valuation advice across a diverse range of property assets, supporting a broad client base and contributing to the continued growth of the regional team.

• MRICS Qualified with RICS Registered Valuer status (essential)
• 1-3 years of post‑qualified valuation experience
• Proven track record of valuing a wide range of commercial and residential property types
• Strong knowledge of property markets across Yorkshire and the North Midlands
• Excellent report writing, analytical and communication skills
• Interest or experience in the valuation of trading‑related assets would be advantageous, although not essential

As part of the Valuation team, responsibilities will include:

• Preparing valuations primarily for loan security purposes
• Inspecting and assessing a broad range of property assets
• Producing accurate, detailed and RICS‑compliant valuation reports
• Working with a varied client portfolio including banks, lenders, investment funds, public sector organisations and private clients
• Supporting colleagues across the wider business to deliver exceptional client service
• Maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for further business development
