You will perform title checks on freehold and leasehold properties, prepare customer-facing property reports, and coordinate actions with the Conveyancer and Assistants to ensure smooth transactions.
The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in title checking, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
