Homes England is seeking a Valuation and Appraisals Manager to join a small, high-skilled team delivering housing and regeneration across England. You will provide specialist technical advice, support strategic valuation projects, and help manage the annual asset valuations for our £1.2bn portfolio of development land.
You will work with stakeholders at senior levels, develop new tools, and balance day‑to‑day delivery with innovative solutions in valuation and appraisal.
