Solv Talent is seeking a Senior Estates Manager to assume strategic ownership of a large retailer's estate portfolio. The role is effectively Head of Estates, with direct line to senior leadership and scope to shape the function.
You'll lead an estates team, drive strategic lease decisions, and unlock value across hundreds of sites in a fast-paced, growth-focused business. MRICS qualification is highly preferred, with strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
