Lettings Negotiator

We are hiring a Lettings Negotiator for a full-time, permanent position in Headingley
.

This role offers a realistic OTE of up to £32,000 (uncapped).

• Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process and ultimately hand over the keys to new tenants for their new home.
• Email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML & complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls.
• Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awareness
• Being commercially aware to opportunities to win new business.
