Micro Lub Ltd, a deep‑tech ingredient company spun out of the University of Leeds, seeks an Interim Technical Director in Leeds to lead our research scientists and shape our technical strategy. You’ll work directly with customers to solve formulation and texture challenges and establish a new research laboratory with proper QA systems and safety practices.
You’ll report to the CTO, guide budgets and timelines, protect IP, and collaborate with customers, academic partners and manufacturing teams
