Front of House​/Barista

Front of House / Barista (Part‑Time or Full Time)

Leading Tea Room and Bistro in the heart of the beautiful village of Mirfield urgently needs a Front of House positioned with Barista experience and an all‑rounder.

• Prepare coffees, teas, cakes and other menu items to a high barista standard.
• Take customer orders, process payment and serve food.
• Maintain cleanliness standards and help set up and close the bistro.
• Assist in kitchen duties as required and cover front of house duties during holidays and evenings.

• Previous barista experience and excellent customer service skills.
• Previous waiting or hospitality experience.
• Good communication, punctual, well organised and presentable.
• Knowledge of alcohol and cocktails is advantageous.
• Ability to adapt in the kitchen and help with food preparation.

Part‑time or full‑time hours – Tuesday‑Thursday and Friday 10 am – 4 pm with extra hours to cover evenings and private functions. This position may lead to a full‑time post.
