• Support the Restaurant Manager with smooth day-to-day service
• Lead the front-of-house team during busy periods
• Ensure high standards of service, consistency and guest care
• Help with training, mentoring and onboarding of newer team members
• Maintain a positive working environment built on teamwork and genuine hospitality
