Bar & Waiting Support Staff - West Court Retreat

Overall aim of the job:

West Court Retreat is seeking reliable and enthusiastic Bar & Waiting Support Staff to help deliver a seamless, high-quality dining experience. This position supports servers and food service staff by maintaining clean, organised dining areas; assisting with table setups; ensuring prompt clearing of dishes; and offering friendly, attentive service that aligns with the retreat’s hospitality standards.

Applicants must be 18 or over due to the requirement of selling alcohol.

Please note, West Court Retreat is not on a public transport route, so please consider necessary travel arrangements.

• Assist with greeting and seating guests as needed
• Set up, clear, and reset tables efficiently during service
• Support waitstaff and bar team by delivering food, drinks, and water
• Maintain clean, organised dining and service areas
• Refill beverages and assist guests with simple requests
• Support opening and closing duties, including restocking and polishing

• Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
