What you’ll be doing as a Kitchen Manager

As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll lead the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food, safety, and service every day. You’ll:

  • Recruit, train, and inspire your team to deliver consistent high standards

  • Coach and motivate colleagues to take pride in food presentation and quality

  • Monitor kitchen performance, driving profitability and reducing waste

  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and brand standards

  • Lead by example, maintaining organisation, cleanliness, and teamwork

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About you

You’re an experienced Kitchen Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’re confident in leading from the front, passionate about food, and skilled in developing and motivating people. Calm under pressure and committed to excellence, you take pride in every dish that leaves your kitchen.
