Village Hotels is seeking a proactive Sous Chef and Kitchen Team Leader to bridge the Head Chef's vision with a busy service. Own your section, while supporting the brigade to ensure every plate meets quality, temperature, and presentation standards.
You will drive food safety and brand delivery, supervise junior staff and KPs, and manage stock to keep wastage down, with accurate monthly stock paperwork.
