Come and join our award-winning teams – we are currently recruiting for a Catering Manager to join our team at
Arla House.

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 6:30-14:30 or 7:00-15:00

Salary: £37,500 per annum

Location: Arla House, LS10 1AX

• Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of a busy B&I catering operation.
• Deliver high-quality breakfast, lunch, hospitality, and fresh sandwich offerings.
• Manage hospitality requests and assist with in-house baking.
• Take ownership of stock control, ordering, wastage, and food cost management.
• Support P&L performance and ensure budgets are achieved.
• Lead and support a team of 8 part-time colleagues across a 7-day operation.
• Oversee catering for approximately 120 office staff and 140-200 shift workers daily.
• Manage vending operations and maintain high standards of food safety, compliance, and customer service.
• Support occasional weekend and bank holiday catering requirements.
• Build positive client relationships and ensure a consistently excellent customer experience.
