Lot Associates assist customers with the loading of their vehicles and monitor and maintain the entrance of the store. They are responsible for maintaining a sufficient quantity of carts near the entrance. This position interacts with Home Depot associates and customers, and customer service skills are essential as Lot Associates are often the first and last to interact with customers as they enter or leave the store.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with loading vehicles and provide friendly, customer-focused service.
- Monitor and maintain the entrance and ensure a sufficient quantity of shopping carts are available near the entrance.
- Interact with customers and fellow associates to support store operations and customer satisfaction.
